Can't seem to get the work completed. It all started back in November 2019, when they were spraying the new construction house next door. I had called and asked if they could do mine while in the neighborhood. Sure, we will get you on the books. It is now the end of May 2020, I received a bill for work that was performed, placed a call on 05/21/2020 and the manager Daniel was to call me and it is now May 29, 2020 and I still have yet to receive a call. All promise and no delivery. I am going to seek the project completion somewhere else.

When there was problem with the payment (contractor said he sent payment to address on bill which was out of state, probably corporate office) they never contacted us to say there was a problem with their payment. Instead they went directly to the courthouse and filed a lien on our house! I never signed anything to authorize the work in the first place but had no problems until getting a certified letter in the mail.

This company is not customer friendly and have poor business practices. Save your good name from being slandered and have a lien put on your house without having ever been contacted.

Find a different company to use!
