Very understanding and patient with me on the phone , gave me all the info I needed . 2 weeks later I called back to schedule. When provider realized they would be late, they called. Also called when they were on the way. Came to the house, checked the septic tank and said it was full. They pumped the tank and checked the box and the lines. There appears to be a problem with the drain line, so they explained what I have to do and also gave me some numbers to call for estimates after I get the proper permits. Cleaned up the area and were great to work with.

Called firm, now called Jesse's Septic Tank, at 8 at night after firm that was to suppose to come that afternoon did not show or call. Jesse answered the phone, 8 at night!!!, and said they would be out the next morning. Came as promised, discussed what needed to be done, said would be back that afternoon. Came as promised, performed service. Done by 3 PM. Enough said.

They came within hours of my call, found a way to get to the septic, which is obscured by buildings and shrubs. Once Itold them what was wrong, they went to work, did not need supervision (I was occupied on another project) and completed the work nicely. They informed me a previous top had broken and fallen in, will need to be fixed later. Gave me a cell phone in case of more problems.

Yesterday they came before noon to replace our old cast iron pipes the two young men worked til after 8 pm( we had flood lites on) to be sure we could use water and toilet before they left..came with big John Deere to pull out 2 lg azalea bushes &a weed that had a monstrous tap root,had to replace more than planned as the pipe going to septic tank just crumbled..etc and etc...came back this am @9 said they had a prev job commitment and Dad was nervous all day worrying , cost mounting etc..They returned abt 5:30 with bigger backhoe with soil to finish the job and rake area even brought girlfriend to help..collected payment (even asked if too much) Dad was expecting thousands by this time,when he said 700.$ we all breathed a sigh of relief and started to relax again.

They dug up the lid to the septic and checked it. Then they crawled under the house and flushed out the pipes and inspected them. They told us the problem would probably reoccur since the pipes were very old and rusted. We asked them to replace the pipes and they returned the next day and worked under the house and replaced the old rusty pipes with PVC. Everything workd great now. They did not try to do any work that was not needed and were trustworthy in that sense. They left the area neat and clean and were friendly and polite. A great experience.
