Property Management
It has not been a very good service. The responsiveness in addressing maintenance issues is slow. They also say that they will address issues such as exterior painting, but do not follow through. They told me initially that I would be able to make different color selections, but when they sent me paint samples, they stated that I would be unable to do so. They also stated that they would repair any holes in the fence around the property. I have corresponded with them several times on this issue since February, but they have yet to fix the issue. They will respond to emails, and they promise to return phone calls within 24 hours, but I have yet to receive any return phone calls from them. There are also other general maintenance issues like broken doors, and using cheap solutions.
