Excellent experience working with Dale. He provided professional workmanship and worked with the schedule of the renters in the house. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely call him again.

I had worked with Dale's daughter, Natalie Andrews, in working out a design for re-modeling a really out-moded bathroom, and she recommmed that her dad would be the one to do the work. Following her advice, I hired Dale, (after checking references, which were appropriately glowing in his praise). He was meticulous in every detail, and very accommodating as we made slight changes to the design and materials choices. He also made sure that the bathroom, in its incomplete state, was useable at all times, so that I was not forced to move out for the whole period, since I only have the one bathroom. I only spent one night away, as he would re-install the toilet every night. (I did shower at the gym sometimes) This let me stay at home and helped to keep the cost from escalating with motel bills. He arrived everyday, promptly on time, and worked a full day, with no stops for any sorts of break. He always made good progress each day. He is very experienced so that he was able to give good advice when I wanted to try things that altered the plumbing. He is a very experienced workman, having previously owned and manged a construction company. He was completely trustworthy and I would not hesitate to give him a key to my house. I had known his family previously and knew him to be of good character. I would recommend him most highly. You cannot do better than to hire Dale.
