The guy that came a sprayed was inconsistent. One day he came in the pouring rain. We asked him if the chemical is activated by the water and he said that it didn't matter about the weather conditions. We were on a schedule and they sprayed regardless of the weather and they could not help it if it was raining. Still didn't answer my question until we saw all of the run off. Then one time we saw him spraying our yard. He stopped half way to talk on the phone and then just randomly spray places and then left. Our lawn looked terrible.

Not happy with this service at all.

Terrible Lawn Service!!!!! I had them trimmed my hedges and do basic lawn service but I came home to a rude awakening. I have never had yard work done in this way before. They did my pine straw for me some months back. They did a great job with that so I decided to use them again for this task. I thought if you could do pine straw, you should definitely be able to do basic yard work. They didn't trim the grass/weeds in the pine straw nor did they trim all my hedges and collect all the trimmings. They also tracked mud in the driveway with their lawnmower. If you use them, make sure your grass isn't wet.

I go to work, Terra Bites shows up and takes care of business, I come home to a great looking lawn. Looks much better now!
I was previously receiving lawn services and the transition to add additional services was a breeze. A quick visit for an estimate and about less than a week later, the work was completed
