About us

We have been servicing customers since 2001 I've worked for a number of builders and home owners alike. I'm more of a tradesmen than a installer. With the current slow down I work by myself mostly. I have a county business license and I carry Liability insurance along with workers comp. I normally chg. a trip charge of $65.00 but make the bill work out so that I chg a fair price and give good value. I like win win.

We sell & or install Locks. Repair locks, key or rekey master key along with Hardware Items to Home owners & builders offering all lines from builder grade to top of the line. We can also perform on site mill work. To install dead bolts on doors not bored to Mortising a door for locks hinges including Mortise locks in slab doors. We will replace custom doors in current jams.

John Bower is one heck of a fantastic guy. My husband and I recently completed an interstate move and needed our doors re-keyed for security purposes. I found John on Angie's List and he was very prompt in calling back and made the change over in less that 24 hours. While here we got to talking about our door handles as there were some that had been totally destroyed by the previous owners family pit bull, plus we were thinking of having lever handles installed. John stated he could do the work and promptly pulled out a brochure for us to peruse. We chose a door handle to our liking and John gave us an estimate the following day. A few days later he was back at our home installing every last handle and they are gorgeous. During his time at our home we spoke of other work we want to have done and he's already given us a referral for some of that work. His professionalism is beyond reproach and I would hire him in a heartbeat if I needed any other work done. Highly recommend him.

It all went very well. Because of the number of locks, and the adjustments needed on the doors it took about 7 hours.
