I’m taking out the time to express my complete satisfaction, with the way Greenlee Plumbing expertly repiped my entire home; because from the start to the finish, it was clearly an effortless, and most certainly, a seamless process! I had shopped seven different plumbing companies, looking for the best “bang for my buck” and settled on Greenlee Plumbing for their excellent reviews, great customer service, and their fair pricing. From my very first phone call and initial contact with Greenlee Plumbing, I was blessed with the opportunity to meet a very knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, and enthusiastic young lady by the name of Joni Stewart. Joni guided me through the process of determining what the cost would be to replace my home’s old polybutylene plumbing system with the new industry standard PEX-B piping and informed me that they also had a sheetrock installation team that would patch up, replace, and repaint all of the holes that the plumbing team would have to make in the walls and ceilings, in order to repipe my home. I have a two-story home in Kennesaw which is 1,464 square feet, and Joni told me that the plumbers would complete the repiping project in one day, and the sheetrockers would come the following day and complete the repatching work! Joni gave me some great discounts, and offered me the most aggressive, fair, and competitive pricing to complete the work, (compared to the pricing which I had already received from their competitors) and she literally saved me thousands of dollars! My second contact with a Greenlee Plumbing representative came the following day, when Master Plumber, John Chappell came to my home to do a walk-through to determine if the estimate I was given over the phone by Joni, was accurate. After completing the walk-through, John learned that I would be able to further save some money because of my home’s layout and because the actual number of plumbing fixtures was a little bit less. John also gave me a steeply discounted price on running a new CPVC pipe from my water meter into my home, thus alleviating potential “yard leaks” in the future, as the polybutylene piping used when my house was built back in 1987 would surely fail at some point (as it had twice already over the past three years) I was extremely happy with the final estimate that John had provided me, and gave him the go-ahead to schedule me for my home’s repiping project. On my repiping project commencement day, the “Greenlee Plumbing Crew” showed up at my house at the appointed hour, consisting of four able bodied men; Jose, Tristan, and Jasmine, all led and supervised by Master Plumber, Brad Idoux. The men immediately got busy in preparation to undertake their work, by first taking excellent care to lay down plastic sheeting on all of my floors, stairs, and walk-ways, and also by covering all of my furniture and bedding to protect everything from the dust that was sure to be circulating once their saws started cutting into the walls and ceilings of my home. It was amazing to watch how methodically they knew right where to cut the holes, exposing the old lines, and how they ran the new piping through the old existing lines, these guys were masterful!! In about six hours, their work was done! Astonishing! But wait, I almost forgot, Brad discovered that my children’s upstairs bathroom had been previously totally repiped in the past with copper tubing, and that he would give me a further discount of $850 off the cost of my project because of this!! I was like, “Wow, thanks Brad, I can surely use it, being a single father and all!” I commend Brad for his integrity, transparency, and honesty, as he could have very easily not said anything about it at all (having saved his crew a lot of extra work) and just pocketed the money, but he didn’t! Kudos to Brad, and to the Greenlee Plumbing culture!! On day two of my house repiping project, the Greenlee Plumbing Sheetrocking Crew showed up right on time, led by Abraham, and supported by his well-experienced crew of Mario, and Jose! A half-hour later, the Greenlee Plumbing “Mainline” pipe laying crew arrived, supervised by Master Plumber, Brian and accompanied by two of his hardworking crew members, Kenny, and Andy. Like the Greenlee Plumbing crew the day before, the sheetrocking crew quickly got busy laying out plastic sheeting on all the floors and covered all of my furniture and bedding in a protective cocoon. The crew methodically repaired and patched all of the holes in my walls and ceilings that the plumbing crew had made, and then applied drywall tape and three separate coats of joint compound, after which, they then repainted each with identically matching paint color as to the specific room color. While all this was taking place inside my home, the “mainline” crew was outside digging a 40-foot trench from my water meter to my garage to lay the new ¾ inch CPVC pipe which would now supply the water to my home. Andy and Kenny carefully dug and navigated around the Comcast communication lines (which Comcast had identified by paint markings on my grass the day before) while Brian readied and assembled the digging rods on their “Horizontal Drilling Machine” which would excavate the trench and bore beneath my entry-way sidewalk and into my garage. I watched all of this in wonderment as they synchronously directed the digging rods to wind up at a point exactly where it needed to be to complete the link from the outside water main piping to the piping that would supply all my water inside my home! Fascinating! Because of their dedication to workmanship, professionalism, and their sincere commitment to providing their customers with only the best possible experience, I would not only recommend Greenlee Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs, but I will also advise that you look no further and pass by any and every other plumbing competitor out there, as they cannot, and will not measure up to Greenlee Plumbing. Period.
