Brian Dominguez and his team from Clarks Heating and Air just completed a new HVAC install. Brian kept me updated on progress and walked me through operating the new thermostat when they wrapped up the work. Great job!

My unit went out during the hottest day of the summer. Hender arrived within a couple hours of me calling, had a quick solution and was very friendly. 100% recommend Clark’s!

Had our first Plumbing visit done today with CLARKS & my service technician, ANTHONY FRANT, was awesome! He was polite & wonderful to work with. He educated me on what’s doing well in my home (that is 19 years old) & after taking a good look at each item in our home, made his recommendations on what items need attention. We knew we wanted to consider replacing our hot water heater (original to the home) later this year & he took the time to educate me on the brand they would recommend we install & why. He was not high pressure in selling Clark’s services, but instead told me he’d email us his recommendations & quotes & we can go from there after I have time to discuss with my husband. I appreciate his thorough assessment & giving us time to process what’s needed & for us to decide on the timing to get it done. Highly recommend Clark’s!👍👍 Great job ANTHONY!

Very professional. Very thorough. Will answer all questions without rushing out the door. Will give options. Been using this company for A/C and heating maintenance for a few years now and find them very reliable.

The first time they came out I signed up for the maintenance plan. David Hornsby was my service tech both times and he is very professional. He gave me the options I had for cooling the upstairs and most important of all, I trust him.

May have damper issue... did not like the sound of the cost of possible repair on that and excluded from warranty according to tech. Just rubbed me like opportunity to hit me with expensive service but I am researching this.

A part had to be ordered so repair couldn't be done same day as service call. I was very pleased as to how I wasn't "forgotten about". No need for questioning follow up calls; service tech returned within 2 business days with the needed part & completed installation :)
