Mike, one of the 2 installers called ahead to say they had an emergency, so they would be late. He called again to give the exact eta. So professional. He way joined by wayne. They were kind, respectful and completely professional. Wayne staged with us until he was sure my child was sale in the lift and I was comfortable with the equipment.

Garol  Orr and Chris Doster made this experience a lot easier to  deal with!  They were so helpful in answering the "many" questions we had regarding the stair lift.  An appointment was set up to take measurements and photos to ensure the lift's manufacturing would be precise!  A second measurement was done prior to placing the order.  Our stair lift was installed
4 weeks later.  Installation took just 1 day!!!
I am so happy with this company and the attention to detail they made to ensure accuracy.  My father had been confined to the lower level of our home for 6 months!!! He is now able to come upstairs to the main level and outside to the screen enclosed deck!!  
I would highly recommend 101 Mobility for any mobility service!

The salesman was a little slow getting back to us. He explained he was trying to set up for us to see one near us. He was very nice, picked us up in a van and drove us. The man who installed the unit, Michael Gleason was very nice, professional, on time. We love it!

Mike was great. He was prompt, very friendly and saved us some money. Chairlifts worked great. I was impressed by Mike and would use him again. I would recommend Mike highly.

The salesman, Chris, was very helpful and thorough in explaining the Bruno to us. In reviewing the Bruno website and talking to another supplier we decided to go with the Elite and not Elan as Chris had quoted. We really wanted to work with Chris and gave him the chance to meet the quote from the other company, after some back and forth emails, he was able to give us the price we wanted. We were very pleased with the installation performed by Mike, who went above and beyond our expectations. All in all, a wonderful beginning to our relationship with 101 Mobility.
