Homeowners beware! Currently planning to take Ridacritter, Inc. to small claims court for breach of contract. They charged $2375 for a "full exclusion package", patched a few areas badly, completely neglected 13 holes. When we showed them actual photos of the work that wasn't done - they said that their work "must have been sabotaged by someone or something." We live in the home - no one "removed" the work they never did. The salesperson and technician were extremely difficult to work interpersonally. When we wrote to the President of the company, he refused to focus on solutions and said they fulfilled the contract (despite photos that show work that was never done). Do not use this company.

Very pleased! My technician's name was and quot;Jeff Vredenburghand quot; and he is very knowledgeable about animals and their habits. He performed full exclusion services and set traps in my attic. He knew where the squirrels were getting in and sealed the areas and made necessary repairs. I will maintain my pest and animal control contract with them. The renewal fee is also very reasonable.

Rid-A-Critter has always been great to us. I initially used them for a squirrel problem that I had, and that experience led me to want to contract with them to do pest treatments at my house on a quarterly basis. They always give me a heads up call when it's time for the treatments, are extremely flexible on the times that they can stop by, and I think the price is very reasonable for the service they provide.

They're really good. I like them. Everytime they've come out it's been a great experience. The technicians are always very friendly, and they remind me of treatments and appointments, so I never have to call them. I rarily see any bugs.

They came out the same day, which I very much appreciatd.  I chose them because of the professionalism on the phone and the website.  Two gentlemen came to clean to the house.  The man who did the removal asked me for a bag and paper towels.  Of course, I gave it to them, but found it unprofessional to arrive without the materials they needed. Maybe he was new.

I called them a couple times over the next couple weeks to let them know the odor was still strong.  The man who answered the phone rudely told me "there were dead animals in there, of course it's going to stink!"  I was surprised at the treatment, but then realized it is a business that probably doesn't rely on repeat business.  My bathroom still has a slight oder.  They probably couldn't have done anything about it without "tearing out the drywall."  I just wish they could have nicer about it.

They are wonderful.  The name of the person I used was Jason.  They were very thorough and very good.  The rats had ruined all of the insulation.  It was a big job, but they did a really good job.  They were very professional.  I would highly recommend them.  This is the first time I have used them.  I heard about them on the radio.

The Adcock team was responsive, punctual and professional and got rid of the rats. They are, however, in my opinion overpriced. If I were to use them again I would definitely obtain other estimates first. It is easy to be caught in the moment of emotion of learning there are rats in your attic and I believe they take advantage of this. The work involved in sealing entry points is especially overpriced and not that well done. I was also disappointed that their work did not include any clean up after the rats were gone. That was "extra" and expensive and I hired someone else for cleanup at drastically less cost. I also used them previously to trap racoons and was quite pleased except for the cost.

We discovered we had bats living in one of our attic vents. They had been there long enough for their waste (guano) to build up in the bottom of the vent and spill over outside of the house (which is how we were alerted of the bats' presence). Tim McDavid came over to give us an estimate to remove the bats and while inspecting the attic, found a bat living in another vent on the other side of the house. We were please with Tim's professionalism and knowledge. Thought the price was high, but after getting a couple more estimates, found that to be pretty much the going price for a job like this. Tim installed screens on the outside of all of our attic vents to prevent this from happening again, and installed a check valve on the the two vents where the bats were to allow them to leave at night, but not be able to come back in. About 5 days later (once it was certain all the bats were gone) he returned to remove the check valves and clean up the mess the bats had left behind. He was also kind enough to hang a bat house that we had purchased in hopes the bats would stay around to eat bugs, but just not take up residence in the attic!

They did a good job, I would call them again. They were easy to get to come out, and when they were out here they took a reasonable amount time considering the squirrel and they were very professional.

They were a good, professional uniformed group. The lead tech went so far a give me his personal cell phone, in case I had any fears about traps going off in the middle of the night. They also laid a snake repellent near the ivy in my backyard, which smelled of mothballs. The tech was quick to advise me that wetting down the area would alleviate the strong smell, avoiding angry neighbors.

When I called, they came out the next day. They examined the area and determined it was probably a squirrel and not a rat and looked around to see how it could have gotten into the house. They found a couple suspicious areas and closed them up for me. They never caught the animal but I haven't heard anything more either, so it appears to be gone. They are a little pricey but they do have a good service.

I am not happy with them as they should have done a better job for me. They did not take care of the issue as they should have. They came on time but promptly left ten minutes after arriving with out completing the work. I was not given a warranty should the bees come back.

These guys came out when they said they would which was very much appreciated. They were all in uniform as well as very knowledgeable. I thought they did a great job for the amount that was asked.

Terribly. Not only did they not get rid of the rodents (they have ignored our calls saying there is still a problem, in spite of their guarantee that they'd come out and take care of any rodent problem for up to a year), but they put down a chemical which caused nausea, headaches, and a moth-ball like smell which lasted for months, in spite of my telling them before the work was done that they were not to use anything which might cause a smell inside our house.

It took 3 phone calls to set up an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, the crew showed up an hour and a half late. Once on site, I would say that the crew of two did a thorough job of inspecting the property. An estimate was presented after the inspection to seal up the home to prevent any animals from entering the home. The estimate was not detailed, but for about a days work of patching up some areas around the roof, the estimate came to a whopping $1,700.00!! When asked if the work was guaranteed, and for how long, the answer was not very clear to say the least. Both traps went off. I called on a Tuesday, got a call back on Thurs. Since I was not at home, I was promised that someone would remove the filled traps on Friday. Friday became Tuesday, which at that point, we removed the traps ourselves. Save yourself $150 and lots of time and aggravation and go to the hardware store and buy your own traps for $1!

The suggested and did exclusion control. Did not work. Tried again - adding new areas to the exclusion and charged us again after a year, still did not work. Tried more and gave up. Now refuse to honor warranty to complete repair and will not refund money.

Satisfied with the work performed. I think they could have done more work on the back of the house, but they didn't want to work on ladders. I'm not sure I would either.....

Very informative and helpful from the first phone call. Provided very good explanation of company and work performed. Put on schedule to be seen the next day. Mark came out today and did a an exceptionally thorough inspection of our homes attic, basement, roof, gutters, and entire exterior. Thankfully found no evidence of critters in the house. Thinks we were hearing them on the roof. However, he did find a hole in our fascia which needs immediate repair.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE. I THOUGHT THE COMPANY'S PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH. $150 FOR THE FIRST VISIT AND INSPECTION, $40 PER RAT CAUGHT. THE TECHNICIAN MADE THREE TRIPS TO THE HOUSE.
