This part of the work I would give a New Leaf Construction a 4 to 5 star rating. What drop the rating was the poor quality of the finished work the porch was poured an inch inside the supporting wall. This resulted in refacing the face of the porch and this work is rough and uneven. The concrete was not work around the step forms and resulted in a pitted surface where the form boards were. Again it had to be resurfaced resulting in uneven surfaces. The driveway has gouge mark from the float. All these issues look like a first time crew did the work, not an experienced construction company."

You shouldn’t directly paint over an oil stain on your asphalt driveway. While painting over might visually conceal the stain, the oil will continue to damage the driveway. You’ll also need to remember to reapply your sealant every two years and budget for the expense that comes with it.
