Steve Pickett estimated the sprinkler system job, 4 zones, 3 HP pump installed in basement. I approved the job, and he proceeded to install a 3 zone system with a 1.5 HP pump located on the lake shore. I balked, stating that this was not what he proposed, and he said nothing else would work

Well, the pump froze up over the winter, since it was installed on the lake shore instead of in the basement, and he charged me for another 3 HP pump, even though he replaced it with another 1.5 HP pump.
Don't do business with this guy.
