horribly, after 2 hours malfunction came back. I watched him closely and made the adjustments myself. now door works fine, no thanks to him

I couldn't have asked for anything more. I called for service one day, received an appointment for the next day. The 2 member team called ahead of time, arrived ahead of time, did everything I asked and were gone in 45 minutes. They were professional, friendly and helpful. I feel like I paid a fair price for the services rendered.

The technician kept me informed as to his arrival time. Actually had a cancellation and asked could he come a little earlier which worked out great for me. He informed me 30 minutes away so I could be prepared for his arrival. He assessed the problem gave me a price and time to complete. He was very efficient in his movements and actually finished ahead of time with some tips on maintaining my system. GREAT job.

They were professional, called 20 minutes before arriving, introduced themselves and told me what they would do, how much it would cost and they did it. Did not a have part for the electric eye, told me they would get one and be back first thing the next day and it would not cost me anymore. First thing the next day, they were here put the part on the electric eye and were gone. This is the second time I have used this company and would recommend them to anyone.
