Our gas furnace went out in the middle of winter. Another company came out and told us us that the furnace wasn't igniting because it was too cold. A friend recommended Preston. Preston came out and sat in our attic for at least three hours trying to figure out what was wrong with out furnace. He finally figured out the mother board had gone bad. It was a $40.00 part. He honored the initial quote despite the fact that it took longer than he had initially thought. We had heat the next day. He has done all our subsequent duct work, air conditioning, and repairs since that time.
