Mr. Baugus has provided lawn maintenance and landscaping for our home since 2007. He has provided excellent service. He has completed all of the landscaping for our home. Mr. Baugus is always professional, timely, and we have always been pleased with his work. We wouldn't use anyone else for our lawn and garden care.

We just moved in a week ago. The house had been vacant for a year and the lawn is in rough shape. The previous owners provided Jim's card. Since I don't have a lawn mower yet and the lawn looked terrible, I gave Jim a call and left a voice message. In a short while, he called back and advised that he would be in my development within the next 2 hrs for a job and asked if I wanted him to come by.
Jim arrived within the time frame he stated and gave me an estimate. Because the lawn was overgrown, the initial cost was a bit higher than his usual charge per cut. I hired Jim on the spot and after the job was finished, I arranged for him to continue servicing my lawn twice a month for $50 a cut and will bill me. Jim also does not require any contracts.
Jim is a very friendly, personable and professional gentleman. I was orginally going to buy my own equipment but, I am retired and decided that once I'm settled in here, I don't think I want to be bothered with maintaining my lawn. Therefore, I think I'll retain Jim's services. Jim also advised me that the previous owners used his service for maintaing all the shrubbery and bushes around the house. Those all look well maintained and blooming nicely so I will probably continue to use Jim's services for that aspect also. Now I just need to find a good reasonably priced and reliable company for fertilization and lawn/shrub health.

When I moved in, I noticed that the sewer drain cleanout, in the middle of my yard, appeared to have been previously hacked by a lawn mower. The cap was missing and the pipe was all broken up. Not being able to fix it just yet, I put an inverted coffee can over it as a dual purpose; to avoid stepping in the hole and to act as a temporary cap. I let Jim know this so he would not ruin his blades by mowing over the can.
So on June 28th, 2013, when I mailed Jim his check for two cuts, I included a note letting him know that they had knocked over one of my solar lights and that they forgot to trim the lawn around the sewerdrain cleanout which is in the middle of my back yard!!!
A few days later, I received a note back in the mail from Jim, dropping me as a customer citing that he has too many customers! Really? He was servicing this same lawn prior to me rehiring him and he could have told me that the first time I contacted him. I guess he just doesn't like to be told where his service fell short.
The funny part is; the same day I originally hired Jim, I discovered that two neighborhood boys did lawn service for several homes and charge less. However, I did not think it fair to cancel Jim's service after just hiring him! That's what I get for being nice!
The boys did not mind taking on another customer!

Great. Jim is professional, offers a good price, and provides a detailed bill of services provided. I only needed services for a short time while my lawn mower was being repaired and to have some help during the summer months of maintaining my lawn. Will likely utilize Jim's services again next summer. Great work.

Jim and his crew come out twice a month and provide lawn service to my home. They are prompt, dependable, and professional. They have provided lawn service for my home twice a month for the past 2 years. Not once have I had an issue with his service. I am more than pleased with his attention to detail. He even called me when there was a suspicious car in my drive way when he knew I was away. I will definitely continue to use his service.

Mr. Baugus has provided lawn care and landscaping for our home for over two years. He and his staff are always professional, and provide the highest quality services. The cost of services is always reasonable, and I could not be happier with the results.
