Vurnis was the first to respond and head out to see the property to provide feedback on what needed to be done. We live 800 miles away and he sent pictures and suggestions on what needed/could be done. He is friendly, on time, thorough and professional. He is now helping us with next step designs and rehab of the property . I highly recommend him.

Vurnis came over on a sunday night to entirely replace a door that had been destroyed by people renting our house for the weekend. He was understanding, comforting, and, above all else, professional. He made sure that we felt safe and secure in our house and did so with dignity, grace, and kindness. Vurnis has earned the honor of being named my own personal handyman. I had a leaking shower valve which was holding up a bathroom redo. He came over immediately, replumbed the valve, installed a board to correctly position the valve, and did it all in less than an hour. He does excellent work!

Vurnis was professional: gave me references, showed me his license, gave me an exact estimate, went over and above to do a quality job, worked hard, was punctual and very courteous, kept me advised of every step of the joist repair, subfloor replacement, plumbing correction, etc. I am more than pleased. He repaired our two wood garage doors that had water damage. Vurnis did an excellent job! The doors look brand new. He has many skills (carpentry, plumbing, etc.). We plan to use him to do a number of other projects.
