routine problems with these folks over 10 year period (total lack of regard for attempts to reylce...oftentimes just dumped recyling directly into the trash truck). finally, their truck came into my driveway to get the can on 8/8, drove over the ground, and hit/destroyed my mailbox. refused to even come out and look at the damage even though i made it clear that i was here, first truck came, no damage, second truck came and did this damage within a one hour period...because i didn't actually see the truck hit the box. screamed at me mercilessly as i tried to get jesse to come out and look in a phone conversation, with many irrelevant insults interrupting everything i tried to say. refused to even come out and look and then cancelled my contract.

It is a little difficult to get a hold of them online since they are smaller, but they are on time every Friday. My only complaint is that sometimes the worker will put the recycle items along with the regular trash while other times, he does it the right way and puts it in a separate container. I take the extra time to clean and prepare the items that go into recycling because I feel it is important to do what we can to recycle and I feel disrespected that my efforts are, quite literally, thrown away whenever the driver doesn't want to walk a few feet and place the items into the recycle section. That, I understand, is a worker and not the company as a whole. The company should, however, make sure their drivers are doing their job well so it doesn't reflect poorly on them.

EASY. I called to establish service and Lisa walked me through the process, which was essentially providing my address, contact information and payment of initial $45 quarterly fee. A trash bin was delivered along with a welcome kit, which provided information about recycling centers , bulk waste pickup and general community information. Lisa called within a week to check up on how the service was going.
Interestingly, after the first week that my Curbside receptable was on the curb for pickup, I received a flyer stuck in my door from the competing provider. Said flyer was essentially bad-mouthing their competitor - Curbside. THAT certainly solidified my decision to chose Curbside Waste vs. the other provider.
