"I regret deeply that you felt it necessary to file this negative complaint. It is through my experience that RUUD products are very dependable and I will continue to sell and install this equipment with confidence, although it is unfortunate that on very rare occasions we may experience problems. In this instance your system had a leak @ the condenser and due to its location was very difficult to pinpoint and repair. This did require the company to come out several times until we were able to fix the problem completely. Although You were well over the 1 year labor warranty we offered on your original invoice, we didn't charge you anything for these visits. We never like to see our customers without Air Conditioning in the summer time and apologize for any inconvenience. As far as the licensing, I am still the License holder. I simply lean on someone whom I trust to run the everyday operations so I can fulfill my obligations to the church for whom I am also employed. I fully plan on turning the company over to this individual within a couple of years and once he is properly licensed. Again I am sorry for any misunderstanding and/or inconvenience."
