 + -1 moreThe four month building schedule was completed on time.A difficult start due to bad January rains did not result in a delay of completion.Being a small community, all the subcontractors worked closely with the builder. Serene Mountain Properties has many homes ready to start and in various stages of completion. This is testimony to the quality of workmanship and the popularity of the home designs offered.
Description of Work: Planned design of home/cabin, detailed cost and specs.As contractor, he made arrangements for all work to be completed and supervised work.All sub contractors were friendly and informative when I visited the building site.The builder/contractor met me at the site as often as I requested. When questions arose, he called and resolved the issue(s).
