Home Building
The four month building schedule was completed on time.A difficult start due to bad January rains did not result in a delay of completion.Being a small community, all the subcontractors worked closely with the builder. Serene Mountain Properties has many homes ready to start and in various stages of completion. This is testimony to the quality of workmanship and the popularity of the home designs offered.
