I cannot say enough about the quality of service we were provided by Ridge pLUMBING and in particular Caleb who was the epitome of technical proficiency and professionalism. Above and beyond the basic service he worked after hours to try and salvage our old Navien to save us money even though this entailed making several trips back up to our place! And you can multiply this testimonial by three as my wife was equally impressed and even our chocolate lab, Abby gives him FOUR paws up!

This was our second experience with Ridge Plumbing and we continue to be impressed with their prompt, efficient service. We were quite impressed with Mark, who was very knowledgeable, professional and courtesy as he listened to our requests, quickly evaluated what needed to be done, and provided excellent service in resolving our issues. Very responsive and punctual. Did decent work but screwed up a couple of minor things and eventually passed me off to a different company when they couldn't figure out how to retrieve the submersed pump. I would use these guys again for any relatively basic, indoor plumbing job as the techs were competent and professional enough.

Very professional

They pulled downstairs toilet ran camera up sewer pipe to find the broken part. Then, laborer dug with a shovel by himself for about 8 hours to uncover the broken PVC pipe that was about 3 feet down at $50 a hour. I asked the laborer what he was getting paid and it was $10. an hour., then replaced piece of PVC pipe that was broken and added plastic access cap to septic tank.  THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I GOT OFF CHEAP AND THEY SHOULD HAVE CHARGED MORE. Owner is an arrogant jerk and I could say worse. I wouldn't use this guy if he was the last person in the world. If  this is consistent with the way they treat everyone, watch out, you are going to get burned.

Cody, the plumber, was on time. Assessed the leaking pipe in basement ceiling. Cut it and capped it off. Cleaned up and was done within the hour. Efficient and reasonably priced. Now I have a plumber I can call on with confidence.

The installation on a Friday went well until shortly after the technicians left, when we discovered the hot water outlet pipe above the water heater had burst, soaking carpet all around the water heater.  I called the technicians, who returned immediately, as they had not even left the subdivision.  They incorrectly decided to reverse the hot and cold water connections on the top of the water heater, which they did correctly at first, so this was not the cause of the burst PVC pipe.  
  The next Monday I talked to the very nice lady in the company's office about my unhappiness over the condition of the carpet. She sent a "senior technician" out that morning. Surprisingly, this man was unsure if the hot and cold connections were correct!! After installing a pressure relief valve at no charge and agreeing to ask if the company would pay for carpet cleaning, he left.
  My own water heater research on the internet made me very uncomfortable about the hot and cold water connections. I expressed my concern to the lady in the plumber's office, who checked with the owner and called me back, telling me that because I had a short "low boy" heater, the connections could be reversed with no problem, a "non-issue"!!   What???
  I contacted another local plumber who came out and saw immediately the connections were not right.  It was a totally different experience, with an experienced plumber who knew exactly what had to be done!!  So I paid him to fix the hot and cold connections!
  Ridge Plumbing did arrange for a carpet cleaning company to clean my stained carpet.  As of this moment, the cleaner is 
trying to get the carpet dry before he can clean it.
  Final thought, I was surprised that the owner never called to discuss the matter with me or apologize!!!  I assume this was not that important??

It went well. He found the issue and fixed it. He also waited to ensure that the leak had stopped. He answered all our questions.

Mike has worked for me off and on at several of my North Georgia properties. He is always there, arrives on-time, does a professional job. Here in the mountains above Atlanta along the Blue Ridge corridor, he IS the plumber to call.

Mike found the problem immediately and had it fixed in 30 minutes. He was very professional and his price way more than fair.

I work at the local paper and made it clear how I'd found his ad, my budget, and the problem. I asked the day before if he had an estimate of cost which he provided after describing problems...clearly stating it was an and quot;estimate.and quot; After I told him location of our home, a bit farther than people are use to, he said it may be more like $150. He only ended up charging us $129 and was very quick and thorough. I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

We recently moved from Wisconsin to Georgia and the hot water heater in the new house had not been used regularly for some time and needed to be cleaned up. We arranged for Tom at Ridge Plumbing to pick up the house key from our realtor and have the work taken care of prior to our move south. He did a great job and we would not hesitate to recommend him.
