Disaster! Joe was hired to install a metal roof on new construction. located in the Blue Ridge area. He started installing the metal roof in Jan 2020 - It's the end of May and we haven't heard from Joe despite a Notice to Cure... Called another roofer (Angie's List) who found many issues with the installation and estimated that it would cost $7,500.00 to fix what Joe did and complete the job. They also stated that they cant warrant the roof stating that the previous contractor (Joe) did not install the roof according to code.
