We have lived in Ellijay for over 12 years, and during that time have exclusively used Folger Gas for all our propane needs. If repairs become necessary, they always schedule same day service. In 2015 they installed a new Rinnai tankless water heater, and we’ve been on their stable propane billing with auto delivery service. Maintaining this relationship is one of the best things we’ve done since moving here in 2012. Without exception, the personnel we speak with on the phone and who come to our home are professional, courteous, and respectful. Every employee exemplifies the best aspects of how service should be provided. Their care and concern, promptness and professionalism, give us the peace of mind to know we’re always going to be well taken care of. I highly recommend this company.
