Larry, a gentleman, is a very knowledgeable and professional business man. Pricing by the hour was always understated to our benefit. Pleasant experience for a change.

He was prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. All charges for these professional services were quite reasonable. The hard drive had to be replaced. He tried as hard as he could to recover the data including a third trip with a new attempt. I can definitely recommend him and will call on him again when needed.

Larry was excellent to work with. He was prompt, courteous, and explained everything that he was doing, and gave us pointers on questions that were asked to him. This is the 3rd time we have contacted him when a problem arose, and he was always able to fit us in, to correct any situation we might have had.

MY SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THE PRICE WAS GOOD, HE WAS CLEAN, AND ON TIME.

THE PROBLEM WAS PRETTY BAD AND THE SOLUTION IN THE END TURNED OUT TO BE TO SIMPLY GET A NEW COMPUTER. BUT, HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD, INCLUDING CLEANING, TESTING AND RUNNING A SCAN PROGRAM. ALL TO NO AVAIL. HE WAS THERE FOR A GOOD HOUR AND CHARGED ME FOR ONLY HALF SINCE THERE WASN'T MUCH THAT COULD BE DONE. HE ALSO EXPLAINED A LOT TO ME. HE WAS VERY GOOD AND I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL ON THEM AGAIN, IF NEEDED.
