The following Thursday I had the same issue. I called a different company who came out and opened the other side of the system to find that the pipe coming out of the house was clogged. That company pumped the solids out of the tank and cleared the obstruction from the filter. They also reopened the filter side to ensure that the filter was not again clogged.
In my opinion the people from Bloomingdale did not want to take the time or the effort to open the other side of the tank. They thought that it was blocked by shrubs which had to be removed. This was not the case. The second company achieved this task with very little effort. I also feel that I was grossly overcharged for the work that was accomplished by them.

They arrived , I had removed the grass from over the tank cover and placed it on a tarp so I could put it back exactly like it came off. They pryed the lid off suctioned out the tank and put the lid back on
