Very well we even bought a thing for him to come out again before the year's over and have everything checked again with a 10% discount off of any service is needed during the air

There were problems that the provider was undable to figure out. I had to call another company in to figure out the probelm. Provider was unable to do figure out the problem.. In addition to that one of the fittings that was reattached by the provider leaked. I checked the state of Geogia and the provider is not a licensed plumber in the with the state of Georgia.

"We appreciate your business and response. However the first thing I would like to point out is that we are a licensed and insured company. The owner, who also came to your house a 2nd time at no charge, is a master plumber and has an up to date license. As far as the problem we notified you of the issue of the crossed lines that whoever plumbed your house did this and we corrected it at one point, but you did not want us to keep searching other areas of the house. You called the other plumbing company before you gave the owner/technician could even get out there. We regret you were not happy with our service and if given the opportunity we would have taken care of the issue."

Called this plumber on Wed am. Was told they would try and make it Wed pm, bit probably would be late. Provioder showed up and I explained my problem. He immediately went about looking at possible locations of problem. After looking at possible 3 things it might have been he decided on the one he thought it might be and he said to me I believe I think it is there. I concurred that I agreed. He went about cutting sheetrock open at the area that he thought it was in. After a minute of looking he ask me if I would go to meter and turn water on and off for just a sec so he could see if that was the place that was split and I did so. I came back in and he said that was the place. He then proceeded to cut out the section of pipe that was split and replaced with new pipe and couplers. Then water was turned on at meter and he watched it for a bit and then went back to meter to make sure it was ok there and said he was sure it was ok and I was satisfied. This technician was very friendly and prompt. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I will use again if need arises and also recommend to all. Prices for this service was very reasonable and the time for him to get here was very good in as much as we had had the worst and coldest weather we had had in years

I shut off my water and drained my old water heater as I didn't want to pay for that lengthy service. They disconnected my old water heater and installed the new heater in about 1.5 hours. They were reasonably fast and efficient.
