We hit the jackpot with Smith roofing!!! What an outstanding company to work with. A welcome relief for me as "second home" owner with no local references. Laurie is an incredible communicator for scheduling and product choice. Jerry and his crew did an amazing job. A beautiful new roof, with no mess left behind, was waiting on us when we returned several weeks later!! The price was very fair!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

He came early and even replaced wood around the chimney that wasn't a requirement of the job. He left the job site clean and neat. I will use him again in the future.

They are still working on it. Their estimate is around $8,000 which includes tearing the old roof off and replacing it with tar paper and shingles. That is a good deal. If we have some issues with it, he does come back and fixes it. When he does not show up, the guys working for him do not work right so he has to come back and fix it.
