Furniture - Sales
Shawn and Andy are super, as is Frank who aids in delivery. These folks are not the high-pressure salesmen you find in big cities. They are kind and patient. On a return trip to bring more furnishings, they were kind enough to help me rearrange the living room.
You just don't get this service everywhere. Today, I had a question about the leather rubbing sound on my recliner. So I called Shawn. He said he understood and made several recommendations to try to lessen the sound. He said if that didn't help, he would send someone from their store to try to help. Gee! Can't say enough good things.
