Home Security System Service
Home Minders walks around the exterior and interior of the premises in our absence, looking for any evidence of breakins and other problems. They turn on the water and flush the toilets and check to make sure that the electricity is in working order. We also arranged for them to be at the premises for our one-per-month pest treatment, at a small additional charge. We receive an e-mail the day after their visit to let us know that everything is okay at the house. They also reset the thermostat (at no extra charge) so that the house would be warm when we visited the premises a couple of times during the winter.
