Plumbing
Bottom line, John came out Saturday afternoon, was here about 3-4 hours, then came back Sunday morning and was here another 4+ hours, and when the 11th leak (and we're talking gushers here, each and every one) appeared and he realized this was going to be a bigger job than we had day for, I said I could deal with how it was till we had more time for more repair/replacement. What I'm getting at and what impressed me the most which is why I'm writing this, is instead of charging me for 8 hours of labor, John charged me for a house call, saying "I didn't fix your problem, I can't in good conscience charge you for what I didn't fix." This man is worth his weight in gold, he showed up quickly, and he is definitely the guy who we are going to have repipe(!!) our house. We've used two other plumbers in this area, and they don't even come close-in price OR ethics!!! God bless 'em!!
