My experience with this company was incredibly disappointing. The tilework in my new home was poorly executed, with uneven grout lines and careless installation. The installer insisted that spacers weren’t necessary, which led to an inconsistent finish. His lack of expertise with the heated flooring system was evident, and despite my concerns, I was assured everything would be fine—it wasn’t. The issues didn’t stop there. Before the final inspection, I discovered that the shower pan wasn’t sloped properly, leading to water pooling. While he attempted to fix it, the end result was still subpar. Unsurprisingly, the heated floors failed to function correctly, with noticeable cold spots and a thermostat that struggled to maintain the set temperature. The manufacturer later confirmed that improper wire and probe placement were to blame. At first, the installer agreed to redo the floors, but after weeks of delays, he arrived only to rip out the tile, leave a mess, and disappear for good. I had no choice but to hire a professional to complete the work, which cost me more time and money—delaying the use of my new home by over a month. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. The workmanship was amateur at best, and when I hired a certified tiler to fix the job, I realized I had been severely overcharged for the amount of work done. The amount noted is for the labor charges only, I supplied the tiles. To say I was ripped off is an understatement. Shame on me for not getting multiple quotes.
