We have been very happy with the services provided by Arrow. Bo Berry, the rep who comes to our house, is personable and professional and has given us exceptional service. When I asked him to look for a missing shingle while he was up on the roof, he not only found it, but asked for a hammer and put it back on for us. Not at all part of his job description, but he took the initiative to help us out with it. He also came an extra time last spring at no charge to spray again when the bees were especially bad.  Thanks Bo!

I called them originally for my newly purchased home to solve an ant problem and to give me an estimate on a Senticon termite protection system.  They scheduled an appointment within a couple of days of my call, came right on time, and the guy who came was very thorough and professional.  The price for the Senticon system was very reasonable compared to my previous home and I decided to go ahead and have them to that.  The system was installed in the next several days and my ant problem was also solved. |I also signed up for quarterly service.  In January I came home to a lot of dead bugs under my sink.  I was unsure what had happened and I called them.  They were there first thing the next morning.  These were carpet beatles that had hatched, and not found anything to eat so they had died.  Arrow put some powder down, but he didn't feel like I'd have any more problem and I haven't. |I have been very impressed with their professionalism, availability, responsiveness and their price.

The field mice - were caught in the traps and we no longer have that problem.  Any scorpions or other unwanted insects have all been found dead.  We had an issue with swarming carpenter bees and they came out immediately and addressed the issue.  We are very pleased with the results and they are very reliable.

Had a problem with a swarm of hornets that would come around the lights in the garage after dark.  Called Arrow as their ratings were top of the list.  I can see why.  The serviceman was friendly, knowledgeable, polite.  He found the nest next door and killed the colony same day.  Great job!
