Hodges Plumbing

Paid $850 for installation of new water heater. It was a rental unit so know until year later they left old heater behind new one didn’t put heater pan nor drain line. Receptionist said “should have ask for old one to be removed and could pay them again for installing pan and drain”.

A+ as appointment set promptly, plumber (Jeff) showed up on time AND did difficult removal and new installation by himself cheerfully and most professionally. Using Hodges came via Lowes but they now will be my "go to" plumbing company in the future. Jeff so good I thought his last name Hodges which is a compliment to owner's wisdom in having an employee like him! Highly recommend to anyone in Southeast Georgia!

He and his helper were professional and explained their work.  My only complaint is the cost.  He charged me $75 for 30 minutes. That must be the going rate for plumbers but I'd never hired a plumber before and was shocked. I still gave him an A and I would still hire him again.  I just had sticker shock is all.

They arrived 30 minutes early, which may or may not be a good thing. They did have to come twice, but were very professional and did an excellent job. I would definately recommend them to others.

Lowes hired him to pick up, deliver and install a diswasher. When he deliverd the dishwasher it was the incorrect color. He stated he had a few more deliveries that day but he would go back to lowes to get the correct dishwasher. He made sure that the dishwasher was correct at lowes before bringing it back. After he went to lowes he had came back to my home to install it before the other deliveries and instillations he had that day. He told me he had called his other clients and explained the situation. On a scale of 1-10 I believe he should be a 15. He really cares about his customers and takes care of them.

The guy did a good job. He fixed the problem. I told him somebody told me to fix this and other stuff. He said it was not needed. I appreciated his honesty. I have used him before. He came out earlier. I always had an excellent service from him. His price is reasonable. He got in and got it done. I have no problems with him. He did what he was supposed to do. He got in and got out on time. The most important thing is that it works fine.
