We hired Timbermax in May 2023 to install a building pad and a riding arena. Upon their completion of the work in July 2023, neither of these were usable. The building pad had to be re-compacted before the barn construction could start, and the arena was not safe to ride in and had to be fully scraped out and redone. Based on this experience I would not recommend using this company.

Brian and his crew are the best. They did an excellent job for a very good price. I highly recommend them.

Great job, great clean up, fast efficient and very professional.

They did a great job cutting down a large dead tree and a small tree that was covering the side of our house. They hauled off about 5 piles of yard debris and it was all cleaned up so nicely when they finished! Will probably hire them again in the spring to trim some more limbs.

The TimberMax crew worked so hard to remove our trees...esp the rotted poplar! They were professional from start to finish and did a great job cleaning up too! Definitely recommend!

A very unfortunate experience. The man who came (Bryan) had only one helper. He didn't offer a business card. I should have asked, big mistake! Therefore, all I have is his phone number. He contacted me due an ad I placed for property maintenance. Being a Master Gardener, I instructed them what needed to be done and how. After several hours i dismissed them due to not being able to follow directions. They only half pruned. I had loads of more work to be done but not by this crew. My initial mistake was not asking Bryan where he had his training in horticulture. Note: I asked about his Timber Max shirt and claimed it was his company. After he was dismissed he, unbeknownst to me, disappeared without requesting payment.

Brian was very responsive and timely, extremely personable, and flexible. They wasted no time while they were here and cleaned up before leaving, including my gutters that were underneath my problem tree. l highly recommend Timbermax and would use them again for future projects!

Bryan and Vaughn are professionals. They provide feedback and communication about your project in a timely fashion. They start and complete the promised work as scheduled and they provide excellent customer service. I felt like a valued person not just a customer. Hire them you will be glad you did.

Due to one of the recent storms, a 120ft tree fell onto our home and crushed the roof/ceiling in our family room and caused significant structural damage throughout a large portion of our home. This occurred in the evening and it was raining. Rain was pouring into our home. To say that we were devastated is a understatement. We called around and tried to find a tree service to help. When my husband called TimberMax, they not only agreed to come at night, during the storm, but they were able to secure our home so no more damage water damage occurred and remove the tree who's weight would have caved in the whole ceiling and caused much more damage. After two days of removing debris, TimberMax was kind and patient with us as we had to wait on home owners insurance to pay for their services. Overall, they helped make this horrific experience for us much better and we are forever grateful. I highly recommend TimberMax - you will not be disappointed.

Little on the expensive side.but you get that for which you pay.

Brian's crew is on time, professional and very aware of customer and their concerns. We had eight large pines removed from next to our home. No Problem for TimberMax!! And the clean up after the removal was excellent. And, no damage to our lawns. Certainly recommend this contractor.
