Legacy Group is very professional. My technician, Ryan, is very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are a little higher than my last company, but the personal service I receive is definitely worth it. My lawn has never looked better!! I am very happy with this local company and would recommend them to anyone!

Had a coupon for 60% off my $72.00 "lawn treatment". They never applied the coupon, had to call and have it adjusted to $28.80. Mailed them a check, they lost it, I had to put a stop payment on it, costing me another $30. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Asked them why they haven't come back out for my 2nd treatment (supposed to be 6 weeks later) - and they "don't know" why we were missed, so I rescheduled the treatment and asked for core aeration. They said they would come after the next rain. That was over a month ago and we've had plenty of rain showers since then. My yard is a disaster, weeds everywhere now....

"Member, 1st You are correct in some way but failed to mention that we never acutely received your check there for it is not our responsibility please contact your local post office. 2nd we did not come out for your next service due to non payment and this is our policy and always has been we feel 6 weeks is more than plenty of time to pay your bill. 3rd the reason for the full price on the bill was once you send in the coupon then we deduct it, this helps us keep logs in our system. 4th The reason that you have weeds is due to 1. Canceling your service in December and not getting the pre/post emergence in the spring of the year not because we weren’t doing our job. And also we noticed that you took advantage of our special last year and were happy with the service, and gladly you happily returned as a customer. Once again sorry for any problems you feel we may have caused but I feel fine in the actions we have taken to try and resolve this problem. Thank You"

We are very pleased overall w/ the project. The quality of the work done was excellent & they executed the plan w/ only a few variances. When the team worked on the project they were extremely professional & always maintained a clean/safe environment. The bulk of the project was completed in a timely manner & the owners responsiveness was excellent. The variance occurred once the bulk of the work was complete. We were not satisfied with the responsiveness of returned phone calls & completion of a minor punch list. I would still use this company because of the quality of work performed & knowledge of the staff. I do however, would recommend withholding final payment until every last detail is complete.
