We have a split foyer home that can be very hot in Georgia without A/C problems so when the air stopped working you can imagine how hot it was in the house in July. Our first thought was the thermostat, it was old and had not been replaced. We installed a new one & thought it was working until we came home & it was 90 degrees in the house. I called DSC Heating & Air on a Monday morning a little before 9 am. Scott was at our home within the hour. He looked at everything to determine what the problem was. The first problem was the thermostat was installed right, but we failed to program it & the unit wasn't getting electricity. The second problem was the fan motor on the outside unit wasn't working. He made a couple of calls found the part at the best possible price. He was able to pick it up and have it installed by the following morning before 9 am. We greatly appreciated his quick service not to mention he was very friendly & answered all of my questions. We feel very fortunate that his rates were fair & within the amount we could afford to pay. The company also offers a regular service plan that checks the system & changes the filter at a reasonable price too. I highly recommend this company to anyone in a situation like this. We now have a company we can call that is reliable & trustworthy. Thank You so Much!!
