Hi, I’m Creed Watkins — founder, owner, and lead inspector at Buyer First Home Inspections. Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals and families from around the world make one of the biggest decisions of their lives: whether to purchase a home in the Atlanta metro area. Over the years, I’ve proudly served first-time home buyers of all ages, families of every kind, veterans, active-duty military from all branches, and first responders — including firefighters, police officers, and emergency medical personnel. Community leaders like teachers, pastors, and volunteers have also trusted me to help them better understand their homes and the responsibilities of ownership.
