She gave me a very professional packet of information, including insurance information, list of references, BBB report, and stump grinding details, and explained why the estimate was $925. We agreed that the tree was not a huge hazard but needed to come down as soon as possible. She said she would have a crew there the next day. Later on Monday I received a call confirming scheduling. Tuesday morning the crews arrived. All work was done exceptionally well, including clean up.
