Integrity Air

I have been using Melvin since I moved to Fayetteville 2 years ago. He is a good, honest man and does good work. I thought my AC needed Freon but he checked and said no. His service call charge was 60.00 and I asked him about the cool line because the insulation was cracked and he wrapped it.

They were prompt, courteous, and did good work. They cleaned up after themselves very well also. I have found them to be very reasonably priced, their prices beat the competitors I checked into, and they were very straightforward about it.

Integrity Air is a small, privately owned business in Ball Ground, GA. I live about 30+ miles away but he happily serves our area. Brandon was very professional in appearance and work performed. This is my second yearly contract with him for heat and air seasonal service checks and repair. He is very thorough in his checks of each system, I do not have to call and set up the seasonal checks as he calls and sets up the appointments at your convenience at the beginning of each season for heat in the fall and air in the spring.
He lets you watch (if you want…), and urges you to at least come and see what he did and shows or explains to you any problems that he detects. His pricing is fair, he is honest and the name of his business speaks to his demeanor and professionalism – INTEGRITY.
