Since 2008, 1 Man Geek, LLC is a locally owned and operated Home and Small Business Computer Support Company with 15+ years experience. We are based in Ball Ground, Georgia and serves the North Atlanta Metro Areas. We help customers with computer repair, virus removal, wireless networking, cloud backup using Carbonite, data recovery, new computer setup, remote support, 1099 contractor projects, we sell Webroot antivirus and Malwarebytes. Our focus is to exceed Customer Expectations by providing the best Customer Service by diagnosing problems quickly and implementing a solution. We are members of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce and Ball Ground Business Association. 1 Man Geek, LLC business philosophy is to operate the business by performing every task the correct way - the first time, being honest, listening to the customer, treating others with respect and protecting the customer’s data and networks. On Every Visit: •We will make suggestions on how to improve a customer’s setup of the computer(s), network(s), antivirus program(s) and backup processes. •We use American products and services to keep Americans working. •We educate our users so you become our first line of defense on how to resolve a problem. •All questions are important, so feel free to ask any. •We will explain how to contact us and our bill will outline all the work that was performed. •We will always look for ways to protect your children online.
