Super Duct Cleaning

Super Duct cleaned ducts on Tuesday. Friday night a/c unit stopped working so called my Heating & Air company and they said line was clogged and "cleared" it. Happened again the following Friday and the new tech really cleared it thoroughly (unfortunately this time it had leaked on my ceiling). I don't know for sure if cleaning the ducts is what clogged the line but I suspect it was as we had never had this problem before. Cost me an additional $110 for service call to get line cleaned and now I have an ugly stain on my ceiling :( .

The business that was replacing our HVAC system recommended Super Duct Cleaning and its proprietor. Calvin Church came out promptly, evaluated the duct system and gave us a quote that also included cleaning the utility area. It was quickly obvious that Calvin knows his business, has invested in the appropriate equipment and is the sort of straightforward ethical person we like to deal with. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable quote, especially considering that our house is located on poles, on a slope and at some distance from the parking area. It is accessed by a narrow, raised walkway. No problem; he could deal with it. His employees were polite and well-trained, properly outfitted with safety masks and clothing, and the equipment used to vacuum and then fog the ducts with an antibacterial agent was really an impressive sight to behold. I have to confess that I was embarrassed by the mess left by whatever animals had made themselves at home in the back of our utility room next to the HVAC return, but this crew treated the cleaning as all in a day's work. I was thrilled at the difference and extremely satisfied with how clean my house felt after they had completed the job. As I was preparing for this review I discovered their website and learned that cleaning jobs are a service they provide even if no duct cleaning is involved. We have accumulated a loft storeroom and an attic full of business and personal items that need to be removed. I had been dreading the chore, am really too old to lug office equipment down a flight of stairs. So I just called Calvin, and he says he'll be here the end of the week to give me an estimate.
