Description of Work: I bought a used refrigerator from this business earlier this year and they delivered it to my home on the day promised. A little late but the day promised. Last Thursday I called and purchased a used clothes dryer and was told that it would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday afternoon I called to find out when and was told it woulds be here. It is now Tuesday evening and still no dryer. I have called the business many times today and have been told it would be here today. The quality of the product is good but the delivery and punctuality is awful. I would not recommend this company to anyone who does not have means to transport and install the product themselves. The owners are nice, but there is the matter of keeping your word. If IU had not already paid for the purchase and $20.00 for the delivery I would cancel the order. I believe that the business owes me a refund on the delivery charges for having to wait 3 days or more beyond when delivery was promised.
