They charged an extremely high price for duct cleaning, but i thought they must do really good work and was willing to pay it. They came and did a rush job leaving the ducts still dirty. When I complained to management they insisted on doing them over. I made an appointment to get them done again, and no show, no call. I also paid for a maintenance plan, which I asked to be refunded over 3 weeks ago, as I have NO interest in using them again and have yet to see a refund. I would definitely NOT recommend this provider to anyone.

It took a year, but the work was finally completed well enough for the city to sign off on the permit. Really friendly staff, but work was sub-par and we ended up paying for the duct system to be cleaned because it was full of insulation (due to poor installation).
