I had a problem with my floor. The floor was sagging because joists had failed due to water damage. I had contacted other companies that either never provided an estimate as promised or provided an estimate way too high ($1,300).I then remembered a general contractor I had hired a few years ago for some other work in the house. John Riley and his crew, not only came out immediately and gave me an estimate which was very much lower and reasonable but also they came immediately to do the work. I did not have to wait other than because of my schedule. Also, the repair was done very professionally, they really took care of fixing the issue for good and also they did some extra work to prevent problems in the future. These guys have 30 years of experience, they know what they are doing and they are very responsive, efficient and effective. I cannot say the same for many other contractors who either do not follow up or give astronomical estimates. They have no marketing tools so lucky who knows about them.I wanted to make sure they get visibility on Angie's list so many more customers can take advantages of their service. I could have not been happier with the results and the costs.
