Intown Contracting

Do not use Intown Contracting. They are extremely dishonest and the quality of their work is terrible. Chad redid my roof and my Hardwood Floors. When they were almost finished with my floors, there were several issues with them. I spoke to the lead guy who said that Chad said not to worry about it unless I complained about it. He would have willingly completed shoddy work even though I personally knew him. When he redid my roof, he did not do it to my specifications and made no effort to make it right. The roof leaked in less than seven years. I would never use that company again.

Pretty disappointed with Chad Peck. The previous home owners hired Chad Peck to do the roof. I recently had a ceiling leak and discovered the roof was still under warranty. From the beginning, he was unresponsive. Clearly, fixing something under warranty is not Chad Peck's priority. After first getting in touch and explaining the problem, I had to call several times to no response, but when I called from a different phone he immediately answered. When he did finally arrive, he said he didn't think it was the roof but that there wasn't anything he could do until it rained again. He pulled panels off my house and nailed a tarp to the roof. I have not been able to get him out to fix the small damage he did. So, I still have a leak and he created further problems for me to take care of. It's been about a month since I first contacted Peck. He has consistently blown me off. Ultimately, I'd say Chad Peck lacks professionalism. Maybe the work is fine, but you won't be a priority if there's a warranty problem. I've since hired a different company to take care of the problem and to take care of the damage Chad Peck left.

I called several times, and each time they said they would get back to me. Most recently they called and said they would be at our home in the next two working days. No one showed up, and no one called. Finally, weeks later, Chad Peck called and made an appointment. When he came, he worked fast, did good work, and cleaned up.

Chad Peck, owner of Intown Contracting, and his crew were superb. We had an emergency roof leak with interior damage. He came the same morning we called, provided an estimate and did the work within five business days. He was incredibly amiable, professional, and knowledgeable. A true craftsman. My husband and I are very pleased with the work. We will be using him again to install new windows.

All of the work was completed as promised, was of high quality, and was directly supervised 2-3 times per day by Chad, owner of Intown Contracting.  He kept us informed on the status of the renovation & any issues as they arose.  He was very responsive via phone or in person & was a pleasure to work with.  He showed up as expected or would call if there was a change in plans. We have used Intown Contracting on other occasions with the same result.  Chad always went above and beyond what we expected a company to do.
