+ -1 moreWe turned to Brian at E-Loan after getting a bit of a runaround from another company. Comparing good-faith estimates from the two, Brian had the better numbers. Also, he listened better to our needs and responded to our questions with sensible advice that wasn't the least bit pushy. He made us feel comfortable about what was a really big step for us--our first home loan! At closing, the actual closing costs were slightly lower than his estimate.
