hardwood floor, remodeling
 + 0 moreAfter getting the estimate I waited about a week for the work to start. It only took 3 days to complete. There was hardly any mess and it looks wonderful. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Carpet removed from 1 room and replaced with hardwood. Three rooms sanded , stained, and sealed.

Description of Work: My old house had been badly in need of interior trim work and new floors ever since I knocked down walls, expanded the kitchen, created a laundry area and new closets. I'm not a difficult client (really!), but my experience with contractors in general has been plagued by lack of punctuality, inadequate skill levels, all the frequently heard complaints. Even after identifying highly rated companies/people on Angie's List, I couldn't muster the motivation to pick up the phone. Fortunately a conversation with a friend steered me to Brito (first name Valdeci). When I looked at the work done in the friend's house and listened to his high evaluation of the experience, I was ready to go. What I have gotten is clean, crisp workmanship, on-time and on-budget performance and a great attitude. Some photos are attached. If you notice painting not finished or poly on the woodwork to complete, that's all on me. I'll get to it, honey! I will be doing more with Valdeci. Redoing a very ugly fireplace is next and I'll post before and after photos when completed.
