I have been using B Tucker Heating and Air since shortly after I bought my condo almost 6 years ago and I am so glad my neighbor recommended this company.  My service technician, Lee, is great.  Very knowledgeable and professional.  I also like that I get the same person every time because he knows the history of my system and I feel comfortable with him.  This company has gone out of their way on more then when occasion to fix my system when I made an "emergency" call.  Most notably braving rush hour traffic on a Friday one summer so that they could get a part for my AC unit that failed, saving me and my company from a weekend in the Georgia heat.  Several people in my Building use B. Tucker, and they all are very pleased with their service.

I'd purchased my heating and air system from B Tucker HVAC about five years ago.  Annually they come out and do an inspection and checkup.   I have never had any problems with my unit.  They have done a first class job on all occasions.  i've recommended B Tucker to several friends and my son and all seemed well pleased!

Got an email from daughter on Friday morning of labor day wknd that AC was not cooling. She lives in my townhouse in Atlanta while going to law school. I am at work. I made two phone calls one to the person who put it in. Going out of town , remember this is labor day weekend. I asked if he could reccomend anyone. He said B. Tucker. I called him at 8:00 AM. Bernie answered and had someone there at 11. Originally had said one. He called me said he could get there earlier. I ran over there met him. He was able to fix the problem and Lee the technician was professional. I felt confident in his service . The price seemed very fair. Considering Labor day weekend felt very fortunate. Would definitely use again. after,I made the calls I checked to see if on Angie's list glad to see they were . made me a lot more confident

B.Tucker Heating & A/C Inc. are very honest. Their quotes can be anywhere from 50% to 200% lower than other companies.

I have had three service calls from this company, and they are the best contractor that I have encountered.  They show up on time, do the work well, are courteous and responsive, and have the lowest prices that I have found.  I have had them replace two compressors, and their estimate was 50 - 75% lower than the other estimates I received. Barney is very honest - when other companies were telling me I had to replace the entire system (to the tune of $8000+) because 'there are no compatible outside units available,' Barney was able to find a unit and replace at a very reasonable cost.  They also worked above and beyond the call of duty to help me keep the old system on my primary home running. When I called about a potential problem with the heat pump in the rental property, they explained to me how the heat pump is different from a furnace and that there was not a problem with the heating system. I appreciate that, because I believe most companies would actually make a service call to get the $80+ out of me, but they set my mind at ease over the phone and it didn't cost me anything. I feel like a valued customer with this company and give them my highest recommendation to others. I give them an A++.
