Excellant. Troy was great to work with. Overall excellent experience. The "good" grade on punctuality was only because they seemed to have dropped my work order for the week scheduled. In their defense, it was a couple weeks after Irma swept through which was probably pretty hectic for their line of work. I would recommend and use again.

The gentleman that came out to look at our trees was very knowledgeable and professional and very nice too. When the crew came out to remove the trees, they were on time, did a great job and they cleaned up. They were professional and friendly and we were very pleased with the work! We would hire them again and we highly recommend Arborguard!

They have recently made some changes as far as the person in this area and he is having a challenge to service us the way we like to be serviced but they are working on it. I am hoping that will be corrected soon. I had issues with the main office responsiveness. The new guy coming in has been overwhelmed.

The previous person that I dealt with, Mark, he was very efficient, very helpful.  When he came out to survey what I wanted to have done, he provided an estimate very soon after his visit.  He arranged for a time for them to come out and do.  And he followed up with me afterward.  I really liked him.  He moved away.  This year when I went to get things done, not so much.  They came out when they said they would to review and estimate.  And then I had difficulty in getting a written estimate, I had to call back several times to get the estimate.  I've been back and forth with them since then.  I signed estimate in June and it's now almost September.  Part of it was a problem with the new person I'm dealing with and part is the weather.  We'll see how it goes when they come out to do the new job.  They are so good with doing with what you ask them to do and grinding up all the limbs and cleaning up after themselves.  Before this year getting here promptly.  I'm not inclined to change them right now.  So far I've been pleased with what they've done.  They've been really good.  Definitely an A in quality for what they do.  They are very punctual, when they say they'll be there, they are there.

The crew showed up almost an hour early (7a), but waited to start any loud work until 8a (my neighbors were thankful).  While they were more professional than your average tree crew (i.e., they wore helmets), at least one of them was still standing out in the yard with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth a good portion of the time as the neighborhood kids walked to school.  But the job appears to have been completed satisfactorily, albeit not cheaply.

The tree looks great and the crew was timely, efficient and left the site clean. Arborguard also was fair in addressing some irrigation system damage that occurred as part of the tree planting work.

I'd worked with Arborguard previously. They pruned and fixed a massive water oak in my front yard after a large portion of the upper part of the tree came crashing down in my front yard narrowly missing the roof of my house. I worked with Jeremy both times and he is so knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with.

The team was extremely professional and were clearly experts. It was a difficult extraction because of the location of the tree and they were very careful about reducing the impact on the three yards they had to work in to remove the tree.  They did NO damage to any yards. I was very impressed with their work.

They were professional and did a good job.

They were very reliable, responsibile and did a very neat job.  They were timely and would follow-up whenever I would call them.  They all in all are very good.  I would definitely use them again. 

You can do a surface application yourself for a fraction of the cost.  I wanted deep root injection which is not such a cheap do it yourself project.  I tried their service anyway and I can not say it made any difference.  It may have.  Rainfall, temperature, days of sunshine and other variables are involved so evaluation of the effectiveness of having a truck apply liquid fertilizer over do it yourself is difficult.  Maybe they have a secret formula, but results were not obvious.

Mark Livingston arrived on time and was very courteous from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgable and took time to explain exactly what his findings were. He also did not rush me the appointment and took extra time to answer additional questions and give advice on areas all over my yard, not just the section that I originally asked about. He set my worries at ease and luckily, I can save my trees. I would definitely use Arborguard again and recommend their arborist consultation service especially to anyone.

Mark Livingston, the estimator, was knowledgeable, professional and gracious. The crew, led by Jesse, was excellent. They did an efficient job and were careful of my other plants. This company really knows trees which makes it worthwhile to pay a little more for the job. I would definitely use them again.

I thought they did a fine job. I didn't do everything that they had given an estimate for because I thought that maybe their quotes for the tree trimming were a little bit high. I do like their philosophy though for wanting to save trees and their spraying job did help the problem.

The people who came and did the work did a good job. I thought the trees they timmed looked really good when they were finished. I did have an issue with the arborist. He came to look and do the estimate did not take any notes, so he gave me an incorrect estimate. I felt it was a little expensive.

I have been using their services for eight or nine years. It is a reputable company. We have a contract with them for supplements where they come out twice a year. They do not have the equipment to do stump removal but the will broker it for you. They are very reliable and come when they say they will. They are more expensive but the reliability and trustworthiness is worth it.

They don't want to take down trees. They save trees from disease. They want to keep the trees more than they want to take them down. We use them all the time. They give you advice. They are consultants.

Very well. I called them to cut off dead limbs. I went ahead and left a voicemail message and they came out the next day. I only called about one tree but he checked all three. He was going on vacation but he gave me a quote for multiple things. He was very nice. He made sure that someone treated the trees. He had someone come to treat the trees even though he was going on vacation. I had someone out within 3 business days. They were realistic about the trees. He was very knowledgeable. He was great.

Initially, Arborguard came out three months ago to assess the health of our large trees. We got several quotes, and while Arborguard wasn't the cheapest, their quote was reasonable. Of all the specialists who came to the house, Jeremy (I think that's his name) was the most professional and knowledgeable about tree health and preservation. We discussed the removal of a questionable cherry tree and two dead branches from two oaks, but we never got around to arranging for the work to be done. Three months later, the cherry tree fell on our roof, just like we feared. Of the quotes we got, we chose to go with Arborguard because they could do the work that day (a Saturday, no less) -- and Jeremy remembered us and our quote. He even came out to the house on his day off to assess the damage and get us started on removal. The cost of the work was extra because it was an emergency that couldn't wait until Monday (the rush charge is the only reason why I'm giving them a B on price, and clicking the "higher than estimate" button below; if we'd had the tree removed when we should have, the price would be A and "right on"). Even with the rush charge, the rates were fair -- and our insurance company had given us permission to get it done right away. A three-man crew came out and had the tree removed and cleaned up within four hours. They worked fast and hard and they knew their stuff; they had that tree trunk rigged up so that it swung free from the house once the branches were removed. Nice job, and fun to watch! Our backyard is difficult to get into, so they had to haul each piece of the trunk by hand to the truck and chipper out on the street. Wow. I would certainly use ArborGuard again, if we ever have need -- hopefully we won't have to take another tree off our roof!
