Atlanta Appraisal

Took almost a month to get my report with little or no communication from pro about why.

At first I thought the price was high, however when he showed up and did his job. He was worth it, very friendly, New is Job and was about doing his business !!! I would definitely use him again ....

The appraisal was well documented and presented a fair market value . While there were some minor typographical errors that were corrected, the appraisal met my expectations.

I received a very fair appraisal of my home. It was submitted to me in a timely manner. I was working against a deadline to submit some paperwork involved in the sale of my home. I was able to sell my home as planned. I was very satisfied with my appraisal. I highly recommend Atlanta Appraisal, LLC.

He was helpful and polite.

Does not accept credit cards and had to pay in advance. AFTER payment was received (certified check) waited almost a week for the results. The results included items that had not sold in over a year and were not adjusted to current market specs.

He never emailed us our appraisal.

Mr. Phillips is very knowledgeable and professional, but also gave the impression of being a nice guy. He did a lot of research to make sure he did a good job. His price was $200 lower than the first guy I spoke with. I would definitely recommend him!

Very thorough and the fact that he is also a home inspector worked out well because as he went through he pointed out a few things we could jump on before placing the house on the market.

As a real estate investor, I had an urgent need. I called 4 companies and they called me back first and were there the next day. Got verbal feedback DURING the inspection so I could make informed decision on whether to buy. Final report delivered 2 days later with VERY detailed and labeled photos. THEY ARE AWESOME and M.E. (owner) is also a licensed appraiser. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
