I really didn't have to get a lot of Freon, I paid for the service charge and maybe half a pound. They are close to me. I was able to get scheduled pretty quickly once I called them, like within the next day, so no long term waiting.

I would use them again in future.

They did a really good job and charged a reasonable price. However, when I had a problem later that they could not solve, they charged me a trip charge. When I called another company out, they were able to solve the problem right away.

We have always had prompt, courteous and professional service from Wade. We haven't had too many issues with our unit, but whenever we did, they were always upfront about what our options were and the associated costs. We always paid the quoted price and they have never tacked on any 'extras' that were not in the original estimate. I have recommended them to family and friends for years and I trust them completely.

.I was happy with the air conditioner but later on I had problems with the electrical systems that controls it and I wasn't happy at all with the service Wade Heating and Air Conditioning, In the beginning they did what I asked them to do. Down the line, I re-hired them to do the electrical work and not only did they not find out what the problem was, they charged me an exorbitant amount just to find out what the problem was. The first time I was very happy with them but the second time was not good.

They were unable to fix my furnace. I feel they did not try to do the due dilligence to fix it and they still charged me for the service. I had a great experience with them before and I was very disappointed with this outcome.

I have used Wade for years for my a/c and furnace.

They came in to replace the air conditioning unit. I was impressed with the guy and the equipment. He came back the next to day to make sure I was satisfied with the installation and give you guidance. They were extremely punctual. I would highly recommend this company.The guy went out of his way to assist me.

Overall, the experience was very good. The technicians gave me several options with different prices and provided me with recommendations. I'm happy with their services.

It was quite extensive and it probably would have cost a lot no matter who did it. The part was $750 plus labor. I was happy with them so I signed a maintenance contract with them. The service administrator was Debbie Cook and she was great in terms of setting up the appointment and getting the job done. Tim Smith was the technician that did the work. They had to order the part but they were really fast about doing it. They were completely honest in that it was bad luck for me because it was just a little bit out of warranty but they did the legwork to check and see if it was a warranty repair beforehand. They did an excellent job. The price was definitely fair and so was the maintenance contract. They called me back and tried to find a time that was convenient for them and me. He came right when he said he would be here. I will absolutely use them again.

So far it has worked very well. We thought their price was a little bit high. The had to come back again, because the system which is high in the wall, was leaking. They fixed that. It has been an efficient system. They were prompt. They got it in when they said they would. We questioned the date on the unit and they went back and replaced the older piece.

Wade is good not only with general cleaning and servicing but they also do good installation work because they put in our original system here. We have been with them for a while and they're pretty good to us. I have nothing other than positive things to say about them. They do a good job.

I am very pleased with my new air conditioner. It is great. It runs efficiently and I have peace of mind that I have a company who will stand by their product and take care of any problems I may run across in the future. I think they are fair on what they charged me.
